For faster, smoother, easy returns......, it is best to contact us right away, or ASAP once you receive your item, in other words, the sooner you return an item the better. See return details below.

1. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Meaning Brand New with tags or box (for shoes), with the exception of the items that were listed as New without tags or box.

2. All returns must be smoke free, pet free, odor free, damage free.....

3. We do not accept used or damaged items.

Q: Do you have this in another size or color?
A:Most everything we have in stock is listed, however wed be happy to double check our inventory for you.

Q: The size in the picture is different than the size in the description? Which is it?
A: Typically we have several identical items listed under different sizes and use the same pictures for all listings. Please refer to the description and title for the size available.

Q: I missed the listing, do you have another item like this?
