NEW Ultimate Terrain Gander Trailhead Convertible vetiver vendu hiking Pants womens 12

This listing is for an awesome pair of Ultimate Terrain (from Gander) Trailhead Convertible Pants (that zip off to shorts), womens size 12. The color iscalled Vetiver...I would call it a light olive, but not sureand would be great for hiking or other outside activities. These pants are water resistant and have uv sun protection. The shell is 93% nylon, 7% spandex; pocketing is 100% polyester. Pants have 2 openfront pockets, 1 rear zippered pocket and 1 side zippered pocket. Waist measures 34"; rise measures 9.75"; inseam of shorts measures 10"; inseam of pants measures 32". They are in excellent / new (with tags w/ MSRP $50) condition.

Our home is smoke free and pet free, but I cannot guarantee that all items have always been in a smoke free and pet vendu free environment.I am sensitive tosmoke smell and will note it when I notice it. I do try to describe things as well as I can, but please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
