1967. Second Edition. 359 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Black and white photographic plates. Minor tanning to otherwise clear pages and plates. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Light cracking and creasing to gutters but binding remains firm. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning with visible tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends.
