If you wish to return the itemdue to changing your mind, did not like or doesn't fit the original postagecost will NOT be refunded. You will onlyreceive the cost of the item refund. Misuse of the returns procedure will bereported and a deduction will be made from the refund.
Although I make every effort to photograph theitems accurately, lighting conditions and variations in screen resolutions maymean that the colour in the photo is not an exact reproduction of the realthing. If the exact colour is importantto you, please message me for more details.
Items are stored carefully in a clean, smoke andpet free environment, however it is advisable to rewash clothing in your choiceof washing detergent before wearing, especially if you have allergies or aresensitive to smells.
Postage
I do offer reduced postage for multiple orders,please message me before making payment so I can amend your invoiceaccordingly. Postage includes Ebay fees which are now payable on postage aswell as the item, packaging materials, travelling, time, petrol and insurancecosts.
I now offer a premium service on selected itemswhich includes FREE postage and an express delivery option should you need theitem quickly. However, please check withme prior to placing the order to ensure that I can dispatch the item the sameday and payment will need to be made before 11am.

Shipping
Items will be dispatched using Evri or Royal Mailwithin 3 working days (usually sooner) and the tracking number uploaded to yourorder. If you would like next daydelivery or sending via another courier an extra charge could be payable soplease contact me first so I can send you an invoice. All items are senttracked giving you that extra level of security and you can nominate a safeplace/neighbour via the Evri/Royal Mail website if you are not going to behome. Please note that Evri does not deliver to some addresses including Jerseyand the Channel Islands. Please ask forpostage quote and I will send with an alternative courier if possible. Forremote postcode locations which includes the Scottish Highlands, NorthernIreland and the Isle of Man the courier charges an extra £2.65. A paypal invoice will be sent for thesurcharge to be paid.

International shipping is available through theGlobal Shopping Programme only. This is carried out through Ebay, I send yourpackage to the UK shipping centre to be forwarded to yourself. Ebay set theprices therefore these can't be combined or reduced. This is out of my hands Iam afraid. Please note I do not accept international returns and misuse of thereturns procedure will be reported.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with youritem please contact me first before opening a return, and I will try to resolveany issues. The returns period is 14 days and the item must be in the samecondition as sent, unworn/unused and with any tags still attached. I video theopening of all parcels that are returned. In compliance with Ebay's returnpolicy if the item is returned used, without tags, missing parts, or not in thesame condition as it was sent then a deduction of up to 50% from the refundwill be made. Misuse of the returns procedure will be reported.
