Glenda Rueger Payne is passionate about personal healing and spiritual growth and has dedicated her life to these studies. Retired from a sales and marketing career now due to a rare form of muscular dystrophy, she took up the pen in answer to her life-long love of writing. Post retirement, she completed two certifications in the field of vendu Energy Psychology. This book is a testament to how Glenda practices what she learned to keep her compromised body functioning and to bring healing and clarity to the trauma of her young life.
